Welcome to Mix Dojo! By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our software, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, you must not use the product.

  1. System Requirements

To ensure the proper operation of our software, Sifu Audio requires that users meet the following minimum system specifications. Failure to meet these requirements may result in reduced performance, software inaccessibility, or inability to use the product, and will not be considered grounds for refund unless explicitly approved.

For macOS Users:
• Minimum Requirement: Apple Silicon M1 chip (or newer).
• Supported macOS Version: macOS 12 Monterey or later.
• Not Supported: Intel-based Macs are currently not supported.

For Windows Users:
• Minimum Requirement: Intel Core i5 (7th Generation or newer) or AMD Ryzen 5 2000 Series or newer.
• Recommended: Intel Core i7 (10th Generation or newer) or AMD Ryzen 7 3000 Series or newer.
• Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit only).
• Memory: Minimum 8GB RAM; 16GB recommended.
• Storage: SSD or 7200 rpm HDD minimum required with at least 5GB of free space.
• Audio Driver: ASIO-compatible audio interface is recommended for best performance.

Please verify that your system meets these specifications before completing your purchase.

  1. Refund Policy

Sifu Audio may offer refunds at our sole discretion. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@sifuaudio.com within 14 days of purchase. Approval is not guaranteed and may depend on technical verification, usage history, and compliance with our terms. Approved refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

  1. License & Redistribution Restrictions

When you purchase or download our software, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software for personal or professional purposes.

You may not:
• Copy, distribute, or resell the software or any part of its code or design.
• Share license keys or access credentials with unauthorized parties.
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or decompile any part of the software.

Unauthorized distribution or misuse of our proprietary technology may result in civil or criminal liability and legal action by Sifu Audio LLC.

  1. Arbitration Agreement

By using the software, you agree that any disputes or claims relating to this Agreement or your use of the software shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration shall take place in Sussex County, DE and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

You waive the right to bring or participate in a class action.

Sifu Audio LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon publication.
